We have a unique opportunity to join the Marketing & Creative Team as Group Creative Designer. You will work across multiple businesses on diverse projects including but not limited to branding and graphics, communication materials, POS, packaging, content creation for websites including E commerce Platforms, Email , as well as social channels. This role will also act as a creative lead on the conception of photography shoots in our in-house photography studio.

Conceptualising and designing graphics for web, ecommerce, Email and social channels in line with brand guidelines that drive sales/ increase user engagement.

· Design and develop collateral such as Catalogues, POS materials, instore visuals and store communication

· Creative development and execution of unique marketing projects, including idea generation, style guides and branding as well as supporting with stationary, packaging development, overall company brand development

· Work collaboratively with the Lead Photographer to build photography aesthetic from inception through to delivery.

· Sourcing references for mood boards and defining pre-shoot requirements including . short videos and simple animations.

· Knowledge of mark ups and the retouching process. Liaising with post-production to ensure on time delivery of assets

· Applying design in a web interface such as shopify, Wix and Wordpress

A self-motivated, highly organised creative individual with attention to detail

· Has a positive, collaborative attitude and can work under tight timelines, ability to multi-task in a pressurized and fast paced environment.

· Previous experience within furniture, fashion, luxury or agency background.

· Awareness of current creative trends and willingness to explore different design solutions.

· An understanding of imagery, composition and design, as well a strong ability to problem solve, collaborate across creative departments

· Excellent communication skills

· Able to be proactive and take initiative

· Accomplished in the Adobe suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and illustrator
