Rochdale spears is seeking an experienced, commercial marketeer to lead the marketing function. This role requires strategic and creative development of marketing plans (including digital); flawless execution of these initiatives to reach brand objectives.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will be adapt at producing marketing materials both offline and online (social and web). A great communicator with strong writing and editing skills and digital marketing experience is a must. This is a great opportunity to work on varied and exciting marketing programs with considerable scope for personal contribution and development.
The right candidate will be a self-starter; motivated to drive results and confident in their abilities.

· Define marketing (including digital) and communication strategies together with action plans to support business growth both for offline and online channels
· Track performance metrics for all digital marketing channels. Utilize these key insights to guide business strategies and provide optimization recommendations
· Working closely with the Key account Management Team to devise a plan to support key account growth
· Project manage, design, develop and execute assets both offline and online to achieve strategies, integrating various media/communications sources/channels to promote the brand(s)
· Create compelling social content that will optimize engagement for Rochdale Spears and Sonder Living
· Manage Content/Communication calendar(s)
· Take the lead on sustainability efforts. Shaping the overall strategy, acting as the internal voice of the customer and ensuring the business not only meets but exceeds customer requirements.
· Work cross functionally with all appropriate departments to optimize business objectives
· Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop internal communications plan to ensure all employees are fully informed and engaged on the strategic and operational priorities of the group
· Ensure the highest quality of writing for all communication activity, including but not limited to press releases, printed materials, websites and social channels
· Develop and manage marketing budgets

· University degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
· Proven experience in a similar role from a fashion/furniture background, preferably luxury
· Experience in digital marketing / eCommerce / omnichannel/Copy writing
· Strong leadership and influencing skills towards people of difference levels. Be able to work with and adapt a diverse range of cultural sensitivities, personalities, and operational differences
· Team player, hands on approach, open minded and flexible
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent command of written and spoken English
