· Raise PR for materials

· Push and follow up materials for production base on Master schedule. Analyse data to determine opportunities to adjust inventory. Inventory control to make sure the value is minimum stock.

· Follow up strictly master schedule and push materials to deliver on time, work with closely with purchaser and WH to ensure the material have to ready for production.

· Solve arising issues during follow up goods and set up meeting with purchaser to get the best schedule.

· Check pull/push/cancel material from CS/CP request

· Analyse the availability of materials to raise PR for shortage quantity

· Follow up ECR/NCR/MR/ CS replacement and re-order if need

· Follow up and push the materials to deliver as 8-WK schedule · Tracking check list and make sure materials have ready to production

· Check material if can satisfy special request from customer such as HOT/BO, DQ, convert colour

· Other tasks assigned by Manager/Plant Director

· Knowledge about planning
