The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents. Ultimately, your job is to maintain/improve the efficiency of production in order to reduce costs.

· Set up standardized work processes / instructions for production. Set up production process for new product with highest efficiency

· Regularly inspect the implementation of work processes / instructions, ensuring that the implementation is serious and maintained

· Continuous improvement in activities focusing on areas: quality, output, delivery and cost reduction

· Establish a process for operating steps and conduct a Time & Motion Study to determine standard labor time and machine power.

· Monitoring the efficiency of each stage / part and analyzing to improve them (eg: reducing downtime, increasing machine speed, improving conveying diagrams, etc.).

· Track material usage and analysis to maximize usage (eg, reduce waste).

· Coordinate with all Production Supervisors in planning and daily output goals; find out the cause of the unmet output.

· Coordinate with Production Supervisor to assess the status of items in the production schedule.

· Coordinate with all Production Supervisors in updating the Control Panel

· Coordinate relevant department to solve all issue of production related to production process

· Make the job reports that the Production Manager requires

· Bachelor of Engineering. Applicants with Process management, Industrial Engineer, wood processing, related field degree background with more than five years working experience will be an added advantage.

· Computer literacy especially Microsoft office, especial AutoCAD.

· Able to use Auto cad software, able to use other soft - wares is a plus

· Has good knowledge in Furniture, processing wood.

· English spoken fluency is a must and able to communicate to various position of the company

· Self - starter person, when given clear directions and goals
