5s implemented at Finishing Department – Offline area then roll out to other areas at Plant 1.

· Standardized work established at Whitewood Department – Assembly lines then roll out to other areas of Plant 1.

· Mapping of value stream section (including actual stocks, cycle times, OEE, etc.).

· Draw section VSM /VSD, Bubble diagram (incl. lead time calc.) in Visio.

· Update KPI Tree, system CIP, value stream design projects list status monthly.

· Weekly/Monthly system CIP review meeting.

· Training, Coaching, Implementation of Lean Elements, and new standards in the area for Operators, Team Leader.

· (5S, Visualization standards, Standardized work, Quick change-over, etc.).

· Coordinate LEAN activities in the area and “derive improvement activities”.

· Coordinate Implement process confirmation together with shop-floor Leaders based on requirement of LEAN assessment.

· Other tasks assigned by Plant Director.

Industrial Engineering Engineer certificate, experience 2-3 years in production environment.

· Lean basic knowledge with Six sigma Green belt or Yellow belt certificate.

· Soft skill needed: Moderator skills, Communication skill, Basis project management skill, Problem solving skill.

· Good English in writing and communication.
