· This position is responsible of making sure all management objectives and goal are meet in High-gloss (Hybrid) Line Finishing team from Surface prep primer, Base coat, Final Color, Fittings to Washing Deluxing & Packing. Supervised and Leads the group to achieving daily Output, aligned to Packing shipping plans of 2 container's Hybrid Line finished goods each day. Or $20 per day Washing Output
· This position is to ensure the smooth flow of Supervision, Organizing workplace, Implement proper housekeeping using 5'S principle, produce output set by production Managers, utilizing labor and materials to its optimum usage. From beginning process Surface prep primer, Finishing, Fittings Washing, and Packing finished goods

1. To make sure Daily Target each group/section in production area must be written down to individual monitoring boards, these must be done first hour of day (morning)
2. Set meeting and working strategy/guidelines on how to execute plans and how to deal possible issues to happen, these requires good leadership and teamwork from Team Leaders and workers
3. Work with packing assistant and planner to set the weekly shipment planned align to the 4 weeks official CP planning and observed 2 weeks shipping window. This plan should be shared timely to all key supervisor and team leaders in Packing
4. To work closely with all production planners and expediters on Input and throughput goods to maintain WIP in production, always set open communication CP team on changes / proposed to pull in early items and also inform related department, so materials and HW will align such change
5. Implement strictly on prohibited company rules and regulations, talked clearly and calmly to erring employees so mutual understanding on violated rules are properly explained and then guidance will state after each discussion
6. Approved and dis-approved leaves of absent from workers level, team leaders to Supervisor. Recommends sanction to erring employees or leaders
7. From time to time this position requires to go around production each section check output achievement and asked questions if result is down... guidance is necessary to find better approach on the problematic product and process
8. Works with Technical team and supplier support partners on how process could be shortened or how process could be executed with less issue or production friendly processes as a objective
9. Implement 5'S as a basic foundation of the business, it goes with it are cleanliness, organizing workplace, give written instructions on processes and labelling of all items did not move
10. Reports all facility tools and equipment if damage need repairing like; tools need maintenance, unsafe electrical wiring, spray booths malfunctioning, heating system, water system etc.,
11. Must update regularly the materials consumption making sure all materials apply to an items are used properly to its maximum utilisation.
12. Make sure minimum stocks readily available on all Finishing and packing materials, like sanding sheets, wire wool, brushes, carton sheet, styro foam pads and sheets including consumable etc.. Also feedback purchasing or warehouse those items are nearly run-out and or increasing usage.
13. Reports to direct supervisor and or HR on employees problems before becoming a potential issue that could disrupt other workers like: health issues, safety issue and other relate general complaints

1. Required to have regular meeting with Team Leader/expediters works with Dept/group for cross training to achieved flexibility and multitasking workforce.
2. Listen to workers suggestions and criticism and maintain open channels for handling grievances and complaints
3. Discourages any action, behaviour or attitude of a staff suppress or looks out employees freedom of expression on his sentiments about his/her work, in term of creativity and initiative of employee.
4. Actively participates and support company sponsored programs. Initiates and encourages subordinates in participating plant wide activities in order to cultivate and mold their personal assets and potential.
5. Worked closely / assists Supervisor's and Team Leaders on new planning approach, strategies, and aligned all plans to a form of meeting

1. The incumbent should also inform his superior or manager of any problem may arise outside his/her/your control or certain decision or approval beyond his/her/your control or limitation.
2. Possess strong leadership skill.
3. Can works independently together with your team
4. Self-starter, do things w/o being told to do so
5. Team Player and good communicator

· Exposed to Finishing Furniture company on Mechanical Line Finishing (Cart Line)
· Good color eyes that can determine and decides the closest match to the color standards RSC
· Must have good technical hand-on on Finishing process and application
· Must be knowledge handling on Nitrocellulose or NC base chemicals
· Willing to work under high pressure
· Self-Motivated person / self-starter one instruction know what to do
· Open minded person and asked Question when things not clear
· Also have the skill to motivate subordinates and let them understands any given situation
· At least secondary education / if know little English speaking
· Self-starter person, when given clear directions and goals
Key performance indicators:
· To make sure Daily Target each production support team Carton Cutting, Pallet & Skids assembly must be written down to individual monitoring boards, these must be done first hour of day (morning) target: $49k/day = 294k/week = at $294k/week.
· Manage overtime to less than 30% OT each week using the HR report as official measurement
· Active participation of 5'S program by leading our workers up to the level were Housekeeping, Organizing working area, Safe working environ-ment, everything in its place to proper discipline are becoming a habit to each employees
· Set meeting and working strategy/guidelines on how to execute plans and how to deal possible issues to happen, these requires good leadership and teamwork effort from leaders to workers
· To make sure all Planning schedules are done on time, by working closely with the Internal planner that every Friday schedules of all Finishing units are signed off with Supervisor
· Personal performance – Observed 1 day or 1-month annual leave, or if planned to absent more than 2 days has to file 2-3 days ahead more than 3 days 1-2 weeks ahead
