      In line with the company Total Quality Management objectives & by representing Quality Engineering in cross-functional teams: • Lead the Quality Engineering Team in charge of developing, maintaining & improving Quality Control (QC) Methods & Tools to ensure the conformity of Casegoods products to Company Standards as well Customers & Regulatory requirements. • Contribute to Failure Reporting & Analysis as well as to Corrective & Preventive Action Strategic Planning

      As the Leader of the Quality Engineering Team for both Incoming Material (IQC), In-Process (IPQC) & Final QC (FQC) and both Inhouse & Subcontracted Casegoods, Metal Hardware, Frames & Lighting products, you are responsible to: • Develop QC Standard Operating Procedures (QCSOP) & Work Instructions (WI) • Develop Products & Processes Control Plans (P/PCP) to ensure Conformity and Accuracy in the Production Process as well as Statistical Process Control (SPC) • Develop Products & Processes Inspection Checklists, Methods, Tools & Reports • Contribute to Closed-Loop Corrective Action (CLCA) : Failure Root Cause Analysis (RCA), brainstorm ideas to create solutions for identified problems & define Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) • Develop Quality Performance Reporting & Analysis methods • Develop Tools like Cost of Quality (COQ) models to monitor Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and drive Continuous Improvement • Together with Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams establish, maintain & improve Company Quality Standards • Take part in New Product Introduction (NPI) Process including Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) • Work together with relevant teams and departments and make recommendations for changes to improve product quality • Make Recommendations & Formulate a Strategic Plan to improve Processes & Products Quality across the company • Attend Client QC inspections to ensure that Company Standards are understood & address Quality related questions & issues • Contribute to QC Process Digitalization • Mentor & Train Quality Engineering Team members as well as other teams in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing… Departments • Other tasks as required by Management

      • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality Management preferred • Extensive experience in a well established Quality Assurance environment required • Understanding of Total Quality Management & Lean with practical experience is a plus • Understanding of Indoor Luxury Furniture Quality Requirements is also plus • Demonstrated performance conducting Change Management, working within cross-functional teams with requisite drive & energy • Strong analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills • Able to drive multiple tasks to completion within a fixed timeframe and in a pressured environment • Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation abilities; able to communicate convincingly at all levels and with all functions in English • Forward planner & strategic thinker, able to inspire & motivate his/her team and beyond • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP Systems • Strong interpersonal skills, able to deal with ambiguities, conflicts and adversarial relationships • Resourceful, self-starter, driven to achieve high standards, accountable, assertive, enthusiastic, dedicated & result oriented
