SENIOR PRODUCT ADMINISTRATOR
& E-COMMERCE SUPPORT

Take overall responsibility for the management of the company’s product and customer database and its accuracy across various systems such as Salsify, Shopify, Autopilot, Zoho, and E-Commerce portals that support websites, online sales, and interactions with customers.

· Manage all aspects of Product Information Management System (Salsify), which includes maintaining data quality, monitoring data synchronization among different systems, setting up logics and data feed to meet the needs of business.
· Manage and maintain website operations consists of updating product assortment and the most up-to-date pricing, working with outsourced developers to investigate, eliminate website bugs and upgrade website functionality to improve customer experience and drive sales.
· Manage Digital Platforms (Autopilot / Zapier / Automate.io / Zoho), E-Commerce Portal (Wayfair) and serve as one of the primary points of contact for inquiries of customer registration issues, questionable product information and pricing discrepancies.
· Work with multiple departments across organization such as IT, Merchandising, Customer Service, Product Development and RSC factory to resolve rising data issues and identify opportunities to improve data management and internal users’ experience.
· Generate and maintain reports requested by management teams such as Costing Database.
· Work closely with Marketing & Creative Designer to set up email campaigns and generate Marketing materials.

Website / System Eco Support and Maintenance
· Maintain website system Shopify:
· Perform website audits and system testing in on-going improvements.
· Manage bug fixes with Group Marketing Director and development partners.
· Modify and remove products and attributes as needed.
· Works with Sales team / SLUS partner to guarantee the correct products, product information and pricing level is visible for compatible customers, including wholesalers, interior designers, and end consumers.
· Maintain online SKU assortment to meet with business plans and marketing campaigns.
· Set up and maintain data structure required for website systems and integrations with PIM and CRM.
· Customer Data maintenance / alignment between systems (Shopify / Autopilot / Zoho).
This forms 25% of the role.
Product Data Management (Salsify System Management)
· Responsible for managing the product data administrator and evaluating datasets for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness of all product data.
· In charge of the structure and maintenance of all data being syndicated from Salsify to E-Commerce partners and other systems.
· Communicate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, CX and IT), internal and external stakeholders to obtain data requirements and execution. This covers various aspects:
· Analyze current database, rules, and logics to generate properties (computed or normal) for quality data collection to maintain legitimacy of data.
· Work with Salsify architects to establish channels and conduct attribute mapping for data publication to partners’ portals and website platforms.
· Modify existing functions and applications in Salsify to meet users’ requirements such as SellSheet, Thumbnail Export Template, Catalogs and Lightbox.
· Perform daily audit the syndication status between Salsify and Shopify to troubleshoot product data-related problems and technical issues.
· Work closely with Marketing, 3D, Studio teams and Product Designers to maintain the fulfillment, accuracy, and efficiency of digital assets library.
· Responsible for training staff on use and functionality of PIM database.
· Ensure that the PIM database works alongside other information systems.
This forms 30% of the role.
Project Management and Execution
· Work closely with Group Marketing Director to investigate the needs of business, assist in the definition of project scope and objectives.
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of multiple projects, including:
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
· Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document.
· Track project progress, report and escalate to management as need.
· Set up and test workflows using Salsify system.
· Delegate project tasks to team members and relevant teams in the factory.
This forms 20% of the role.
Managing Costing Database
· Receive requests from Management Team to update the Costing Database periodically.
· Work closely with Customer Service, RSC Costing and Upholstery Teams to collect costing details for each business unit’s assortment.
· Populate data and generate reports according to requirements by Management Team.
· Manage and grant access as requests.
This forms 10% of the role.
E-Commerce & Marketing Support
· Receive requirements and provide data and images for the initiative setup or refreshment of our products on e-commerce websites.
· Campaign supports for E-Commerce partners: 3D assets, swatches, product information, latest images, pricing, and stock availability.
· Research customer workflows and build customer flowcharts to improve Marketing metrics.
· Provide product information, modified catalogs, and lightboxes to generate Marketing materials.
· Execute monthly Marketing content plans and sale campaigns which includes:
· Set up emails and schedule journeys in Autopilot platform.
· Create customer segments to delivery the right content to the right audiences.
· Create collections, discount codes and update T&Cs in US Shopify Store when promotions.
· Audit Marketing activities and update report.
This forms 15% of the role.

· Be proficient in English.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
· Advanced Excel skills.
· Understand HTML and ability to analyze website code to find problems.
· Experience of managing customer and product databases to support the marketing requirements of the business.
· Be familiar with digital platforms and systems such as Salsify (PIM), Zoho (CRM), Shopify (E-Commerce), Autopilot and E-Commerce Portals.
· Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across all levels of the organization to gain alignment, execute work and drive results.
· Strong attention to detail, and communication skills to explain issues in a straightforward way.
· Ability to work independently and effectively without supervision.
· Possess a technical aptitude and analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, comfortable learning data analysis tools.
