· Control all WH activities to ensure smoothly operation,stock accuracy ,Stock available for production and no dead stock at WH.

· Develop WH process control.

· Control WH operation cost

· Training and coaching staff to develop WH operation skill.

· Backup WHM.

· Control all WHRMs operation on daily regular basis Included people managing , RMs inbound / outbound to ensure everything goes smoothly and efficiency .

· Manage and control White wood subcon , Also RMs send out for out sourcing.

· Ensure stock update on time and available to supply to production .

· Define slow moving stock , dead stock then report to WH Manager on regular basis.

· Utilize WH space and keep stock in order.

· Do weekly / Monthly cycle count .

· Ensure stock accuracy and NO damage RMs issue to production.

· Training / coaching and developing staff , backup for replacement.

· Ensure Staff understand and follow up strictly all WH process .

· Co-operate with team/ related Dept. to define the root cause then give the solution.

· Manage people to comply KPI with high performance as per instructed from WHM.

· Keep stock in best condition.

· Control Vendors ( transportation) .

· Keep WH safety , 5’S control.

· Others task assigned by WH Manager

· Stock accuracy 99%.

· NO wrong / Damage RMs issue to production.

· RMs issue on time to production.

· Minimize Warehouse OT as target setting.
