      · Control WH activities on daily basis to ensure all transaction of receiving, issuing and transferring RMs to production on time and accuracy . · Stock update correctly and on time on system (RSC/MRP). · No wrong issue or issue damage RMs to production. · No redundant/ dead stock · Stock accuracy 98% · WH smoothly operation and efficiency. · Control WH operation cost . · WH safety 100%

      · Responsible for receiving RMs from suppliers in physical included White wood Subcon and other kinds of RMs. · Prepare and Issue RMs to production in accuracy and on time and as per demand (WO / MR/ MRR). · Ensure all transactions of receipt, issue and transfer from Plant to Plant to be update on time in system. · Re-arrange/ Utilize WH space to keep RMs / Goods in good condition and safety. · Manage and control defect goods to ensure no damage RMs issue to production and keep on tracking to update. · Tracking and control RMs/ Defect goods return to suppliers. · Co-operate and support the related Dept. (QA/ QC/ Production/ CP/ Purchasing / TD) to agree on smoothly proceed or solving problem. · Backup staff for replacement. · Report to WH Sup or WHM for any problem related to WH operation on regular basis then work together to fix and improve. · Do the cycle count on weekly/ monthly as per requested from WHM. · Teamwork and co-operation. · Keep WH clean / tidy and safety. · Do another task per requested from WHM/ WH Supervisor.

      KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS · 100% of RMs receiving/ issue and transfer around production Plants in right quantities, types. · 100% of stock update on time in system and available for production. · No wrong RMs / Defect goods issue to production. · No Damage / Dead stock at WH (Due to staking method or WH process control) · Reduce % of OT ratio to target under 20% · FIFO control · 98 % stock accuracy · 100% Safety SKILL AND COMPETENCY · Control WH activities on daily basis included Receipt, issue, transfer RMs and inventory control. · Control data on system and report (MRP, ERP, SAP). · People managing workload/ Good communication. · Graduated from University. · More than 1 year working at Logistics field (Warehouse and transportation). · Able to work with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, power point) · Can speak / Write and communicate by English included email communication. · Hard working /Responsibility and honest · Teamwork and co-operation. · WH safety and 5 S
